Creation, Destruction, Creation

Exploration of color and application of paint implying movement become nuanced statements of energy and mood. Initial paintings are transformed through rework and translucent paint applications creating new visual experiences by altering shades and colors of the underlying paint. The paintings in this series are connected by the joyous undertone expressed primarily through the brightness and warmth of yellows to reds and in-between.
